CONCLUSIONSThis work enabled the implementation of an easy and reliable methodology fortrans-resveratrol analysis in wine. The use of direct injection in HPLC with PDA detectionis a practical method of analysis used by many laboratories. Validation studies for themethod show a detection limit of 0.008 mg/L, quantification limit of 0.026 mg/L and aglobal uncertainty of 23.5%.181
