Mr. D’Amato announced the following updates to the agenda; the address on item 1 is 114 NE 2 St,<br />

Item 35 was postponed by the applicant, and although the numbering <strong>of</strong> the items is incorrect, skipping<br />

from item 6 to 8 (leaving out number 7), it was determined that the agenda would be followed as written.<br />

• Request was made to remove, replace and relocate trees.<br />

• The Board recommended that White Geiger, Robeline, Palm, and Hibiscus trees could be<br />

removed and replaced with other shade trees.<br />

• The Board agreed that City streetscape trees could not be removed.<br />

The Board reviewed the plans. The following comments were noted:<br />

• Request was made to remove ten Black Olive and 7 Rosewood trees and install 90 trees in<br />

total.<br />

• Entryway changes and a new lighting plan were discussed.<br />

• The Board recommended energy efficient lighting.<br />
