H. Shaw to build the barn according to plans and specifications, and that he beallowed $2000.00 for labor and the <strong>City</strong> furnish the material. W'. T. Chandler madethe motion, H. S. Sisk seconded the motion, and it was passed that the committee'srecomendation be' accepted.Motion was made by A. H. Avent, seconded by H. S. Sisk and it was ordered that the <strong>City</strong>advertise for material for the sub-station.l.DUe to th~ vacancy created by the resignation <strong>of</strong> Miss Mary Kate Heard, Secretary, motionwas made by Ben Jack Hilbun to increase .011& WOodward's' salary to $161.25 per month, andto employ someone else at $150.00 per month. H ours to be from 8 A. M. until 5 P. M.wi. th one-half day <strong>of</strong>f each week the entire year. Arter this motion was considered, itwas seconded and passed unamiously.On motion made by A.
