S.GATHRIGHT WooE NO. 33, FREE AND ACCEPTED MASONS, OF OXFORD, MISSlS SIPPI,FOR A CERTAIN PORTION OF AN UNOPENED SBCTION OF SOUTH 13TH STREET AND APART OF WT NO. 16 IN THE NORl'H AND EAS'.r PART OF SAID WT.Be and it' is hereby' resolved and ordered that the Mayor of the City of Oxford,Mississippi, for and in consideration of the sum of Five (15.00) Dollars, in cashin band to be paid said City, and other good and sufficient considerations,convey aild specially warrant, . for and on behalf of said City, unto T.
