Price, City AttorneyAfter the meeting had been opened according to law, the following business was hadto-wit.:The bids on the roofing of the City Hall that were passed until a future date on October2, 1951 were brought up for re-consideration and after a discussion of said bids, motionwas made, seconded and passed and it was prdered that both bids be rejected. It wasfurther ordered that the City Engineer be and he is hereby authorized to re-advertisefor bids on roofing of City Hall with a 20 year guarantee on roof and flashing.*******************************The remainder of the time was spent in the equilization of the 1951 Tax Roll.On motion made, seconded and passed unanimouslY, it was ordered that this Board do nowrecess until 7:30 P.
