That the cost ~or'the special improvement(s) on Fillmore Avenue from South Lamar Street to South14th Street is the sum of Eight Thousand Ninety Dollars andSixty-Two Cents ($8,090'.62) of which amount the City shall payFour Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Dollars and Sixty~NineCents($4,880.69) and the property owners on said street shall pay thesum of Three Thousand Two Hundred Nine Dollars andNinety-Three Cents ($3,209.93)on the basis provided for in House BillNo. 76 of the General Acts of the Regular Legislative Session of1950 and as shown by the assessment to be filed with the City Clerkfor said improvement.Section 2. That after the filing of said assessmentthe Clerk is directed to notify the property owners that saidassessment is on file.Section 3.
