That the cost for the special imrpovement(s) on the 14th Street from the north side of Fillmore Avenueto the south side of Taylor Avenue is the sum of Four Thousand FiveHundred Ninety-Two Dollars and Sixteen Cents ($4,592.16) of whichamount the Ci ty shall pay Two Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-NineDollars and Eighty-Two Cents ($2,469.82 and the property owners onsaid street shall pay the sum of T't.J'o Thousand One Hundred Twenty­Two Dollars and Thirty-Four, Cents ($2,122.34) on the basisprovided for in House Bill No. 76 of the General Acts of theRegular Legislative Session of 1950 and as shown by theassessment to be filed with the City Clerk for said improvementeSection 2.
