MINUTE BOOK No. 14, CITY OF OXFORDDEMENT - MERIDIANalong said street through Haley Subdivision, 1235.5 feet,is the sumof Twenty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Three Dollars and Seventy-One Cents ($22,563.71) of which amount the City shall pay NineThousand Eight Hundred and Eighty-Two Dollars and Twenty Eight Cents($9,882.28) and the property owners on said street shall pay thesum of ~/elveThousand Six Hundred Eighty-One Dollars and Forty-ThreeCents ($12,681.43) on the basis provided for in House Bill No. 76of the General Acts of the Regular Legislative Session of 1950 andas shown by the assessment to be filed with the City Clerk for saidimprovement.Section 2. That after the filing of said assessmentthe Clerk is directed to notify the property owners that saidassessment is on file.Section 3.
