Fulmer, Deputy <strong>City</strong> Clerk************************After the meeting had been opened according to law, the follovTing business was hadto-wit:An application from E. H. Overstreet to own and operate a taxi in the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Oxford</strong>was presented to the Mayor and Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen, and after carefully considering theapplication, H. S. Sisk moved that this application be granted. This motion wasseconded by Alderman W. T. Chandler and the application was unanimously approved.Mr. Overstreed was given Operator's Permit No.*********************The remainder <strong>of</strong> the time was spent in the equalization <strong>of</strong> the 1951 Tax Roll.**J
