HickeyCITY CLERKSection 5.That the said special election shall be held and conductedby the Election Commissioners within and for the said City of Oxford, and shallbe conducted, as far as practicable, in accordance with the laws regulatinggeneral elections in the State of Mississippi and in the City of Oxford.When the said Election Commissioners shall have received the returns of thesaid ele~tionand ascertained the results thereof, they shall, after havingcanvassed the same, forthwith make returns thereof to the Mayor and Board ofAldermen of the City of Oxford qy filing a report setting forth their actionin the holding of said election and the results thereof.Section 6. Erecting, repairing, equipping, remodelling and enlargingschool buildings and related facilities, includingauditoriums, lumch rooms, vocational training buildinglibraries and purchasing land therefor;B. Establishing and equipping school athletic fields, and necessaryfacilities connected therewith, and purchasing land therefor; andC.
