X. WILLIAMS, Mayor 017 tq.e City or Municipalityof Oxford, Mississippi, acting for and in behalf of said City orMunicipality, do hereby convey and quitclaim unto C. S. HANEY, the followingportion of an unused street situated, lying and being in the City orMunicipality of Oxtord, Lafayette County, Mississippi, described as follows,to-vit:That portion of the unused street lying between said lots 18and 21 as lies between lands of C. S. Haney being more particularlydescribed as follCMS: Beginning at the southeast cornerof Lot 19; thence south 30 feet to the northeast corner of lot20; thence east twenty-five (25) feet more or less to the northwestpart of that land in Lot 21 owned by the Presbyterian Church;thence aorth 30 feet across ~aid street to the southwest cornerof that rrt of Lot l.S owned by said Chrueh; thence west twentyfive(25 feet more or less, containing 750 square feet more orless of an unused street lying between City Lots 18 and 21 inSection 21, Township S south, Range 3 west, City of O:x:ford,County of IAfayette, State of Missi~sippi, as shown on two maps,one of which is on file in the office of the Mayor or said City,and the other is on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk orsaid Count,'.This deed is made in pursuance of that certain resolution adopted byThe Board of Aldermen of the City or Municipality of Qrl"ord, Lafayette County,Mississippi, at their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday night, July 3, 1951,and said resolution being recorded in Minute Book 14, at Page 369 andbeing on file in the Mayor1s office at Oxford, MiSSissippi.Witness nw sigaature tIds the 7 day of Jul:y', A.
