Haney and his predecessors, of Oxford, Mississippi,have beeD in actual possession of a part of a street hereiDaf'ter described.for at least 75 or 100 years as we believe, during all of vhic1ltime the City or Muaicipality of Oxf'ord, Mississippi, has Dever claimedthe said street, or in any W1', so far as we mow or believe, disturbedthe possession of' the said C. S. Haney and his predecessors of' said street;and Whereas, said street has never been opened or used as a street by saidCity of'Municipality, aDd, whereas, said street is still 'Ullused and \mope.ed,and, whereas, under the circumstances it is right and proper, and in accordvith equity and justice, that the City or Municipality of' Oxford, Mississippi,convq and quit claim to the said C. S.
