Sisv made a motion that, all meters be moved tothe street, and City place 4 3/4" pipes from tho meters to the house in one trenchwhere pipe is nm·T placed, provided -;1rs. :~urser grants permission to dig up yard. Thismotion l.·ras seconded by Alderman Ben J.
