Distributor agrees to perform for Authority such of the fol:-lowing services as Authority may deem necessary and advisable in connectionwith Authority's electric operations and system:(1) Emergency and routine switching at Authority's OxfordSubstation.(2) Emergency and routine switching and emergency patrollingon the Pontotoc-Batesville section of Authority's Tupelo­Batesville llO-kv transmission line and on Authority'sOxford~ater Valley 44-kv transmission line.2. Authority shall reimbureeDistributor for the above services atthe rate of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per month. Such reimbursementshall be made by annual payments becoming due on June .30 of each year.Authority will make such payments as soon after such dates as voucher can beprepared and approved by Authority following the receipt of properly certifiedinvoices coYering such services rendered during the preceding period •.3. When it is able to do so, Distributor will, at the request ofAuthority, perform emergency maintenance work on Authority's facilities inorder to continue or restore service on Authority's system.Authority willreimburse Distributor for its actual costs, including applicable overheads,incurred in such emergency maintenance work.4. This contract shall be effective from and after the date hereofand shall continue until terminated. Either party hereto may terminate thiscontract by sixty (60) days' notice in writing to the other.5.
