After a full discussion<strong>of</strong> the matter, Alderman B. O. Elliott moved that }tr. C. E. Harrison, Superintendent <strong>of</strong> theLight Department, be authorized to sign priority requests for the Light Department, andthat E. P. LOI·le, <strong>City</strong> Engineer, be authorized to sign priority requests for the Streetand other departments. Alderman H. S. Sisk seconded the motion, it passod unanimouslyand it is so ordered.
