After a full discussionof the matter, Alderman B. O. Elliott moved that }tr. C. E. Harrison, Superintendent of theLight Department, be authorized to sign priority requests for the Light Department, andthat E. P. LOI·le, City Engineer, be authorized to sign priority requests for the Streetand other departments. Alderman H. S. Sisk seconded the motion, it passod unanimouslyand it is so ordered.
