That the cost for the special improvement (s) onWilliams Avenue (All) is the sum of T,.,enty-Two Thousand Seven Hundredand Nine Dollars and Thirty-Eight Cents ($22,709.38) of which amountthe City shall pay Eleven Thousand and Seventy-Three Dollars and Seventy­Tl-ree Cents ($11,073.73) and the property owners on said street shall paythe sum of Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars and Sixty-FiveCents $11,635.65) on the basis provided for in House Bill No. 76 of theGeneral Acts of the Regular Legislative Session of 1950 and as shown by theassessment to be filed \-lith the City Clerk for said improvement.Section 2.
