Price, <strong>City</strong> Attorney********.**************After the meeting had been called to order, the following business was had, to-wit:*******.***.***********On resolution duly made, seconded and passed unanimously, it was ordered that a salary<strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong> Attorney be set at $100.00 per month retroactive <strong>of</strong> <strong>January</strong> 1, 1951, andthat this salary shall be in full for the <strong>City</strong> Attorney's usual ~lOrk in connection withcriminal cases in the 11ayor's Court, and appeal <strong>of</strong> said cases to the Circuit Court, hisattendance at all meetings <strong>of</strong> the Mayor and Board <strong>of</strong> Alder,men, his services in connection\"'i~ delinquent tax sales and other usual services.
