That tho bonds described in the foregoing Propositionshall be issued only in the event that the issuance thereof be assentedto by 3/5ths of the qualified electors of said District who voted on saidproposition at the aforesaid special election.Section S. That the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized anddirected fortwith to publish a true and correct copy of this resolutionand to certifY the same to the Election Commissioners within and for theCity of Oxford, Mississippi as and for their warrant and authority for theholding of said election as herein provided and as provided by the Stateof Mississippi and W. W. Joor shall be and he is hereby designated to havethe ballots for said election printed.Alderman H. S. Sisk seconded the motion to adopt the foregoing resolution,and the question being put to a roll call vote, the result was as follows:Alderman B. O.
