Providing necessary water, light, heating and seweragefacilities for school buildings and purchasing land therefor;The said election will be held at and votes may be CAst at the<strong>Oxford</strong> <strong>City</strong> Hall, Oxf6rd, Mississippi.The polls <strong>of</strong> said election vrill be opened at the hour <strong>of</strong>7 o'clock in the morning and will be kept open until the hour<strong>of</strong> 6 o'clock in the evening <strong>of</strong> the aforesaid date, pnd saidelection shall be held and conducted as far as practicablein accordance with the laws regulating general elections inthe state <strong>of</strong> Mississippi and in the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> Oy£ord.All qualified electors <strong>of</strong> the said <strong>Oxford</strong> MunicipalSeparate School District will be entitled to vote in the saidelection.By Order <strong>of</strong> the Mayor and Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong><strong>of</strong> <strong>Oxford</strong>, 11ississippi, this 16 day <strong>of</strong> <strong>January</strong>, 1951Robert W. That the said special election shall be held and conductedby the Election Commissioners within and for the said <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Oxford</strong>, and shallbe conducted, as far as practicable, in accordance with the laws regulatinggeneral elections in the State <strong>of</strong> Mississippi and in the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Oxford</strong>.When the said Election Commissioners shall have received the returns <strong>of</strong> thesaid election and ascertained the results there<strong>of</strong>, they shall, after havingcanvassed the same, forthwith make return there<strong>of</strong> to the Mayor and Board <strong>of</strong>Aldermen <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Oxford</strong> by filing a report setting forth their aotionin the holding <strong>of</strong> said election and the results there<strong>of</strong>.Section 6.
