That the materials with which said street is tobe specially improved shall be -any <strong>of</strong> that which is set forth in theplans and specifications prepared by the Gity Engineer, which havebeen adopted and are now on file with the <strong>City</strong> Engineer.Section 6. That the <strong>City</strong> Clerk shall publish this resolutionas required b.Y law, once a week for three weeks, and the propertyowners actually residing on property owned by them abutting on saids1ireet, or parts <strong>of</strong> street en which the special improvements abovementioned are to be constructed or .'bherwise actuaJ..ly occupying propertyowned by them abutting said proposed improvements may filetheir written protest vith the Clerk <strong>of</strong> the Mayor and Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermanot the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Oxford</strong>, Mississippi against the construction<strong>of</strong> said improvements within fifteen days atter the first publication<strong>of</strong> this resolution.Section 7. That, at the option <strong>of</strong> the Mayor and Board ot Aldermen<strong>of</strong>. <strong>Oxford</strong>, Mississippi, the street paving, curbing, guttering,incidental sewers and drains, and other works declared necessaryherein may be done over the whole length <strong>of</strong> the street as shewn onthe Of'f'icial map <strong>of</strong> <strong>Oxford</strong>, Mississippi and the- proposed extensionspecified in foregoing sections hereot, or only that part <strong>of</strong> saidstreet shown on said <strong>of</strong>ficial map.Section 8. That a copy <strong>of</strong> this resolution be spread upon theminutes <strong>of</strong> this meeting and that the 7th day <strong>of</strong> November, <strong>1950</strong>,at 7.30 P. M., in the regular meeting room <strong>of</strong> this governingbody, be fixed as the date, time and place eor the meeting <strong>of</strong> thisbedy to hear objections and remonstrances that may be made to saidimprovements.Section 9.
