That in pa:ving said streets as now shown on the <strong>of</strong>ficialmap <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Oxford</strong>, MiSSissippi, grading, graveling,and paving, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, storm sewers and incidentaldrains, it will be necessary to lay metal and other pipe connections,and. that therefor and in all <strong>of</strong> the other works and things specifiedherein, the plans and specifications prepared b,y the <strong>City</strong> Engineerand now on file in the <strong>City</strong> Engineer's Office be and they are hereb,yapproved and adopted.Section 3. That the grades specified in the above mentionedplans and specifications are hereb,y adopted and established as thegrades on vhich the above and foregoing works are to be constructed.Section 4. That the property owners Wose property abuts alongFilmore Avenue, <strong>14</strong>th and 15th Streets in the areas described in Section1 <strong>of</strong> this resolution, shall pay the cost <strong>of</strong> the construction <strong>of</strong>the curbs, gutters, sidewalks, connections, sewer connections, andone-third <strong>of</strong> the cost <strong>of</strong> abutting street grading, graveling and pavingin front <strong>of</strong> , or abutting on or along their property, or be subjectto assessment for the cost <strong>of</strong> the special improv.ements.
