Group 3: i) Nomadic Tribes 2 (NT-C)ii) Nomadic Tribes 3 (NT-D)iii) Other Backward Class (OBC) On completion <strong>of</strong> Stage –III, the seats remaining vacant in the respective group <strong>of</strong> categories asmentioned above, shall be considered <strong>for</strong> allotment to the candidates <strong>of</strong> respective group as per theinter se merit <strong>of</strong> the candidates.Stage-V: For all Backward Class category candidatesThe seats reserved <strong>for</strong> Backward class category candidates remaining vacant after completion <strong>of</strong>Stage –IV, shall be considered <strong>for</strong> allotment to the candidates <strong>of</strong> all the reserved categories together,on the basis <strong>of</strong> their inter se merit.Stage –VI: For all candidates (without any type <strong>of</strong> reservation)The seats remaining vacant after completion <strong>of</strong> Stage–V, shall be considered <strong>for</strong> allotment to all thecandidates (open/reserved/male/female) on the basis <strong>of</strong> their inter se merit.6.2 Direct Allotment-CAP Rounds I, II & III <strong>for</strong> the All India seats (AIEEE)-These rounds will be carried out <strong>for</strong> All India (AIEEE) seats which are coming under the purview <strong>of</strong>the Competent Authority <strong>for</strong> AIEEE qualified candidates who have applied <strong>for</strong> admission to degreecourses in Engineering/Technology.Eligible candidates: All the eligible candidates who have a valid AIEEE-<strong>2009</strong> (Paper-1) score (i.e.total score is positive) and have been assigned All India (AIEEE) Merit number/rank and whose nameappear in the merit list <strong>for</strong> respective CAP rounds prepared by the Competent Authority shall beconsidered <strong>for</strong> allotment in these Rounds. Seats available: Refer Rule 2.6.1, 2.6.2 and 2.6.3.General notes: Allotment <strong>for</strong> these seats will be carried out as per inter se merit <strong>of</strong> All India (AIEEE <strong>2009</strong> paper-1)merit list prepared by the Competent Authority <strong>of</strong> State <strong>of</strong> Maharashtra. Seats will be allotted to candidates as per their inter se merit, as per the options given and thenumber <strong>of</strong> seats available at that point <strong>of</strong> time. Maharashtra Candidate eligible <strong>for</strong> All India (AIEEE <strong>2009</strong>-Paper-1) and MHT-CET <strong>2009</strong> will beallotted only one Seat as per the options given and the number <strong>of</strong> seats available at that point <strong>of</strong>time. Allotment against the first available Preference in the order <strong>of</strong> choices mentioned in the Preference<strong>for</strong>m is retained as final allotment. The allotment lists will be made available on DTE Website www.dte.org.in/fe<strong>2009</strong>.
