Residential addresses andtelephone numbers of officers and staff of thedepartment;Departments which have arrangements within theCentral Registry for receipt of dak outside office hours(with name and telephone number of the officialincharge);Residential addresses and telephone numbers of officersof other departments designated to receive urgent dakoutside officer hours;Postal addresses of all offices under the department,attached offices, subordinate offices, autonomous bodiesetc., which deal directly with it;Residential addresses and telephone numbers of officersof other departments designated to receiveparliamentary papers;Telegraphic addresses of State Governments and otherout station officers frequently addressed;Delhi Official Directory issued by the President’sSecretariat;Official Directory issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs;List of India’s Representatives Abroad issued by theMinistry of External Affairs;Diplomatic List issued by the Ministry of ExternalAffairs.(ii)These lists etc. will be kept up to-date and displayedprominently for easy consultation by the despatcher, theresident clerk and other officials on duty.Page 288 of 288
