A quorum <strong>of</strong> lodges was present. A constitutionalnumber <strong>of</strong> the Grand Lodge <strong>of</strong>ficers were present and the Grand Lodge was in orderto proceed with any business that may come before it.UNFINISHED BUSINESS COMMITTEE REPORTTo the Grand Lodge Free and Accepted Masons <strong>of</strong> <strong>Wisconsin</strong>:At the 161st Annual Communication <strong>of</strong> the Grand Lodge, held on June 13th and14th, 2005, six new resolutions were presented.Three resolutions were adopted and three were defeated.After a thorough review <strong>of</strong> the 2005 proceedings, the Unfinished BusinessCommittee concludes that there is no other unfinished business from the 2005Annual Communication.11
