Take anynail polish off the toes. Aftera soak in the bath or a footspa if you have one, toweldry your feet. Whilst thetoe nails are soft cut themstraight across. Take a nailfile and file in one directiononly to smooth out the nailedge. Apply some cuticle oilor cream all over the nailbed and massage it gentlyin and leave.Take your foot buffer andbuff any hard skin awayfrom your heels, toes, ballof the foot (beware this cantickle so a firmer pressureis always good).
