If <strong>the</strong>y are not doing well, somebody should be able <strong>to</strong> do something about it.<strong>The</strong> <strong>Legislative</strong> Assemblies <strong>of</strong> NWT and Nunavut can change <strong>the</strong> law for workers’ compensation by changing <strong>the</strong> Workers’ Compensation<strong>Act</strong>s. <strong>The</strong> Minister can make regulations (laws) about <strong>the</strong> workers’ compensation system, like how <strong>the</strong> law applies <strong>to</strong> certain industries.<strong>The</strong> NWT Minister appoints members <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>WCB</strong> Board <strong>of</strong> Direc<strong>to</strong>rs.
