AMERICAN REFUGEE COMMITTEE INTERNATIONAL
Tell a friend. Spread
the word about the
plight of refugees
and displaced people around the world. So
many people are unaware of the powerful
impact that organizations like the American
Refugee Committee can make. If more people
knew, more people could get involved in
activities that support our mission.
Give generously
Contributions from supporters like you enable
ARC to provide refugees with desperately
needed services and life’s most basic
necessities such as clean drinking water and
shelter. ARC has been recognized by major
funding organizations for its efficiency—at
least 90 cents of every dollar donated to ARC
goes toward rebuilding the lives of refugees
and displaced people.
Give a special donation
Honor or pay tribute to family and friends
with a donation to ARC in their name. For
a birthday, anniversary, marriage, or as a
memorial for someone you love, a gift to
ARC is a special gift that gives twice: once
to your loved one and once to a refugee.
Join Global Partners
ARC is always looking for committed
individuals concerned with the well being
of refugees. Global Partners, the volunteer
arm of the American Refugee Committee,
aims to harness the energy, wisdom, and
resources of the public to raise awareness
of the global refugee crisis and provide
opportunities for the public to respond to
international refugee needs.
Attend an event
ARC holds a variety of events throughout the
year in Minneapolis–St. Paul and Chicago.
Attend one of our monthly informational
sessions, our regular Speaker Series events,
or our annual fundraiser. Whichever event
you choose to attend, you’ll learn more
about the important work of the American
Refugee Committee.
Volunteer
Whether you would like to get involved at
home or overseas, ARC offers a variety of
opportunities. Volunteers across the country
organize fundraisers to raise awareness of and
support for the American Refugee Committee.
