Ripples is available for private functions on Sunday night only from 6.30pm­11.30pm.It’sideal for an intimate wedding, large birthday parties, corporate dinners or christenings. We canaccommodate up to 70 guests for a sit down function or 80 guests for a stand up cocktail stylefunction. The sit down menu allows your guests to choose their meal from 3 entrees, 3 mains and2 desserts.Our 3 course sit down dinner packages are based on a minimum of 60 guests at a total cost of$5000 with additional guests being $83 each (inclusive of room hire and GST).During the monthsof June, July and August the package is reduced in price to $3,500 for a minimum of 60 guestswith additional guests being $58 each. Children (12 years and under) and service meals are $40each all year round.Alternatively we can offer you our stand up cocktail menu which is based on a minimum of 68guests at a total cost of $5100 with additional guests being $75 each (inclusive of room hire andGST). During the months of June, July and August the package is reduced in price to $3,500 for aminimum of 68 guests with additional guests being $51 each. Children (12 years and under) andservice meals are $40 each all year round.The menus shown are current and are subject to change depending on seasonal produce in orderfor our chefs to prepare dishes from the best produce available. We can cater for any dietaryrequirements.As ripples is unlicensed you would supply the wine and beer required for the function (no corkagewould apply). All soft drinks, mineral waters, juices, tea and coffee would be included within thepackage and served through out the function.We have a list of preferred suppliers who can assist you in organising a celebrant, a cake, flowers,music, photography and local hotel accommodation.To make a booking we require a deposit of $2000 with the balance to be paid 14 days prior to thefunction. A tentative booking will not be held without a deposit.
