PastoFill filler for pasty substancesThe PastoFill filler was specially developed for manual filling of highly viscous products.PastoFill is handy especially in small series, as the purchase of a stationary filling stationdesigned mostly in large series is often not profitable.The metering and filling devices are used in production sites and laboratories for cosmetic,pharmaceutical and chemical products, creams, salves as well as in the food and beverageindustry.PastoFill is ready to operate, simple to handle and easy to clean. The fillers can be mountedon the table using a fastener or screwed directly on to the table; they are portable andtherefore usable at different places.The fill quantity can be calibrated precisely and continuously using an adjusting nut, withoutany tools and can be read at a display.Parts in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel V4A (1.4404/1.4571), PETP,NBR, PTFE and FCR (Fluorocarbon rubber). Housing made of cast aluminum. Housing dimensions:LxWxH 740 x 500 x 510 mm.Different filling nozzles (Ø4/-4 mm - Ø22-20 mm) facilitate individual filling of diverse containerssuch as bottles, tubes, nozzles, crucibles or glasses.
