To Attach The Pulley Cover:WORMSHAFT (9)BODYFRAME (60)HEX BOLT (76)FLAT WASHER (77)PULLEYCOVER (72)MOTORSHAFT (81)2.Insert the Shaft Key (80) in the sloton the Motor Shaft (81). Align theslot in the Motor Pulley (79) withthe Shaft Key. Slide the Motor Pulleyfully onto the Motor Shaft. Thensecure the Motor Pulley to the MotorShaft, using one Socket Head Screw(2). (See Figure E.)To Install The V-Belt:FIGURE DPosition the Pulley Cover (72) overthe Worm Shaft (9) and Motor Shaft(81). Align the mounting hole in thePulley Cover with the mounting holein the Body Frame (60). Then securethe Pulley Cover to the Bandsaw,using one Hex Bolt (76) and one FlatWasher (77). Slide the Spindle Pulley (1) fully ontothe Worm Shaft (9). Place theV-Belt around the top grooves in theSpindle Pulley (1) and Motor Pulley(79). Next, move the Motor backwardsto tighten the tension on theV-Belt.
