Enterprises standscharged U/Ss. 420, 467, 468, 471of the Indian Penal Code. In respect of thisaccused the defalcated amount in question is a total sum of Rs. 9,51,639=26by submitting 20 (Twenty) numbers of fake, forged and fabricated Bills andSupply Orders to District Animal Husbandry Office, Godda and dishonestlyreceived the said amount without effecting the supply during the year 1990-91, 1991-92 and 1995-96 at Sahebganj, Dumka, Patna and other places ofBihar.(xvi) Accused Sanjay Kumar Agrawal, Proprietor of M/s SanjayKumar Cattle Feed and General Supplier, Dumka stands charged U/Ss. 420,467, 468, 471of the Indian Penal Code. In respect of this accused thedefalcated amount in question is a total sum of Rs. 6,00,000=00 bysubmitting 10 (Ten) numbers of fake, forged and fabricated Bills and SupplyOrders to District Animal Husbandry Office, Godda and dishonestlyreceived the said amount without effecting the supply during the year 1990-91, 1991-92 and 1995-96 at Sahebganj, Dumka, Patna and other places ofBihar.(xvii) Accused Ram Avtar Sharma, Proprietor of M/s Tripti Agency,Patna stands charged U/Ss. 420, 467, 468, 471of the Indian Penal Code. Inrespect of this accused the defalcated amount in question is a total sum ofRs. 4,99,599=00 by submitting eight (8) numbers of fake, forged andfabricated Bills and Supply Orders to District Animal Husbandry Office,Godda and dishonestly received the said amount without effecting thesupply during the year 1990-91, 1991-92, 1992-93 and 1995-96 atSahebganj, Dumka, Patna and other places of Bihar.(xviii) Accused Gopi Nath Das, Proprietor of M/s RadhaPharmaceuticals stands charged U/Ss. 420, 467, 468, 471of the Indian PenalCode.
