55In this respect, P.W. 23 Dr. Dular Chandra Bhagat stated in para-2that in the year 1991 Dr. Erick Kerketta was DAHO, Sahebganj, Dr. KrishnaMurari Shah was T.V.O. (M), Sahebganj and Dr. Shesh Muni Ram wasRegional Director, AHD, Dumka. Further he very clearly stated in para-3that Dr. Krishna Murari Shah stated him that it is order of Dr. Shesh MuniRam, Regional Director, Dumka that some fake bills of Suppliers will haveto be make entry in Stock Register and for this reason false receipt ofmedicines were demanded to him.
