104Convict Dayanand Prasad Kashyap is here<strong>by</strong> convicted and sentencedU/Ss. 420, 467, 468, 471 of the I.P.C. read with Section 120-B of the IndianPenal Code to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of three (3)years and to pay a fine of Rs. 4,00,000=00 (Four lakhs) and in default ofpayment of fine he shall further undergo Simple Imprisonment of a period ofthree (3) months.62. All the sentence orders against all the convicts shall runconcurrently. It is important to mention here that considering the nature ofoffences, separate sentences in each and every offence is not necessary,hence, all the convicts persons have been sentenced for all the offences ofIndian Penal Code jointly. The period already undergone; <strong>by</strong> the convictsduring the trial period will be set off from the sentence period.63.
