BOOTH PACKAGESReady Stand and Raw Space OptionsThere are two booth packages available: Ready Stand and Raw Space.The Ready Stand package includes:• minimum 12-sq/meter space(approximately130 sq. feet)• (1) 500 watt electrical outlet,(1) receptacle• (2) armless chairs• (1) 40” round table• (1) wastebasket• Fire-Marshall-approved black carpet• (3) black 1-meter long shelves• full hard walls (2.5m high on 3 sides)• fascia board for signage• (3) halogen bulbs on one track• (1) lockable closet (1m x 1m)The Raw Space package includes:• concrete floor space onlyCOSMOPROF NORTH AMERICA IS A COMPLETE HARDWALL SHOW.NO EXHIBITOR-SUPPLIED PIPE AND DRAPE IS ALLOWED ON THE SHOW FLOOR.If you do NOT purchase our Ready Stand Booth package, it is your responsibility as an exhibitor toprovide:• a minimum back wall that is the width and depth of your space (order form located under“Section 9” tab)• side adjacent walls that are 2.5 meters (8 feet) in booth height from floor• minimum booth height of 2.5 meters (8 feet)If authorized, walls exceeding 2.5 meters (8 feet) adjacent to another exhibitor’s display area must befinished.All signs, electrical displays, mannequins, display materials, advertising messages, names of companies,trademarks, logos, etc., that exceed 2.5 meters must have suitable backing so they are not visible to theadjacent booth. Any unfinished walls will be covered by GES and billed to you, the exhibitor.All custom booth blueprints (or line drawings with dimensions) must be submitted by June 22, 2012 (30days prior to the show) for Show Management and Fire Marshall approval. Ifaccess is not readily available, electric power will be denied. Please submit a diagram to MandalayBay Convention Center of where you would like your electrical outlet to be placed.
