PLAYER PIANO PUMP/AUTO REROLL UNITDELUXE SUCTION BOX KITBox size is 7-1/2” x 7-1/2” x 10”. Motor noise can be reducedbecause instead of running at a pre-set speed, motor speed is indirect relation to the vacuum required. A switching signal onreroll reduces motor turnover to a minimum idle during rewind,then switches back to your preset volume on play. The motorruns cooler and with no noticeable sound on soft playing aswell as reroll. Without using the method employed by this kit, asuction box would have to run the same fast speed and regulatevacuum only by restricting the flow, or bypassing. This hasalways accomplished the effect, but does not decrease the everpresentrunning noise of maximum motor speed. The tightnessof the player system will determine the setting of the volumeknob. It can be turned up to full speed to produce 45 inches ofvacuum. This kit comes complete with installation instructions.It has built-in check valves, so the original foot-pump featureremains operational.
