Street in Haley Subdivision, Part II, .to the City ofOxford, Mississiipi, along the entire length of said street is thesum of $17,006.68 of which amount the City shall pay $12,312.35 and theproper~y.owners on said street shall pay the Stml of $4,694.33 on thebasis provided for in House Bill No. 76 of the General Acts of theRegular Legislative session of 1950 and as shown qy the aSSessment to befiled with the City Clerk for said improvement.Section 2.
