That the cost for the special improvement (s) onPagle Springs Road, in Woodland Hills Subdivision to the City of Oxford,Mississippi, along the entire length of said street in the sum of$19,212.16 of which amount the City shall pay $12,045.52 and the propertyowners on said street shall pay the sum of $7,166.64 on the basisprovided for in House Bill No. 76 of the General Acts of the Regularlegislative Session of 1950 and as shown by the assessment to be filed withthe City Clerk for said improvement.Section 2. That after the filing of said assessment the Clerkis directed to notify the property owners that said assessment is onfile.Section 3.
