A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE COST <strong>OF</strong> IMPROVFMENT CN VIVIAN STImFI' INWOODLAND HILLS SUBDIVISION TO TH E <strong>CITY</strong> <strong>OF</strong> <strong>OXFORD</strong>, MISSISSIPPI ALONG ITSFNTlRE LENGTH.( iBe it resolved by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford,Mississippi:Section 1. That the cost for the special improvement (s) onVivian Street in Woodland Hills SubdIvision to the City of Oxford,Mississippi along its entire length.is the sum of $5,369.42 of whichamount the City shall pay $391.60 and the property owners on saidstreet shall pay the sum of $4,304.82 on the basis provided for inHouse Bill <strong>No</strong>. 76 of the General Acts of the Regular Legislative Session of1950 and as shown by the assessment to be filed with the City C13rk for saidimprov~ment.Section 2. That after the filing of said assessment the Clerkis directed to notifY the property owners that said assessment in onfile.Section 3.
