Directors' BiographiesKitty KyriacopoulosHonorary ChairmanMrs. Kyriacopoulos has been withthe company since 1965 and hasserved as Managing Director of S&BIndustrial Minerals S.A., Bauxite ParnasseMining Co. S.A., and EliopoulosBrothers S.A. for many years. Shehas studied Physics and Mathematicsat Mount Holyoke College (B.A.)and at Columbia University.Mrs. Kyriacopoulos is a member ofthe Board of "College Year in Athens"and of “Anatolia College of Thessaloniki”.She is also Member ofthe "Presidents' Club", of "BiopoliticsInternational Organization in Greece",the Cerebral Palsy Greece (formerSpastics Society Athens) andHonorary Co-President of the "Women'sProfessional Forum". She hasalso founded the “Kitty KyriacopoulosChair of Finance” at ALBA GraduateBusiness School in Athens in 1998.Ulysses KyriacopoulosChairman of the BoardMr. Kyriacopoulos has studied MiningEngineering at MontanuniversitaetLoeben in Austria and at the Universityof Newcastle-upon-Tyne in England.He holds a M.B.A. from theEuropean Institute of Business Administration(INSEAD) in Fontainebleau,France.
