If you have an emergency after 9:00 amon the day you are scheduled for performance,please call 816-235-8806. This phone will not beanswered at any other times and there is novoicemail on this phone. Remember to bring thiscontact information with you the morning of theshow. Please review all of this information withstaff and students prior to attending theperformance.Food & DrinkNo food, drinks, candy or gum are permittedinside the theatre at any time.Snacks will be sold at intermission but can not betaken into the theatre. Please alert students tothis policy so that they will not buy more thanthey can enjoy during intermission. Please letyour students know to bring one dollar bills ifthey would like to purchase concessions. Thiswill insure the line moves swiftly.Sack lunches can be stored by the HouseManagem ent sta ff u ntil aft er th eperformance. <strong>The</strong>y cannot be consumed in thelobby before the production, and they will not beaccessible during intermission. <strong>The</strong>re are severalrestaurants near the theatre downtown. If youare planning to eat at a downtown restaurant, itis advised that you contact them prior to yourvisit so that they can plan accordingly.Electronic DevicesElectronic and recording devices should not bebrought inside the theater. This includespen-lights, hand-held games, virtual pets, cellphones, mp3 players, pagers, ipods and bright ornoisy jewelry.Arrival at Copaken StagePlease arrive at the theatre between 9:30am-9:45am. Performances begin promptly. Wedon’t want you to miss anything. <strong>The</strong> <strong>Kansas</strong><strong>City</strong> <strong>Repertory</strong> <strong>The</strong>atre’s Copaken Stage islocated at 13 th and Walnut, inside the H&RBlock Building, downtown. One H&R BlockWay, <strong>Kansas</strong> <strong>City</strong>, MO 64105When you arrive at the theatre, please stayon your buses. Someone from the <strong>Kansas</strong><strong>City</strong> <strong>Repertory</strong> <strong>The</strong>atre staff will greet yourbus and let you know how to proceed. (It isbest if your bus approach the H&R Blockbuilding heading West on 13 th Street (which isa one way street). We will have police and<strong>Kansas</strong> <strong>City</strong> <strong>Repertory</strong> <strong>The</strong>atre staff membersat this entrance to help make this loading andunloading of buses go as smoothly as possible.Each person planning to see the play will needa ticket to give the ushers in order to enter thetheatre. This includes all students,chaperones, and drivers.Stay with your group unless using therestrooms before entering the theatre.ParkingIf your group is arriving in cars, please contactus immediately so we can plan accordingly.<strong>The</strong>re is no bus parking at the H&R BlockBuilding. We are aware of the following busparking options:Kemper Arena Lot B—No charge.14th & Wyandotte—Approximately $20per bus, cash only.Buses may be able to find street parkingaround Barney Allis Plaza—No charge.<strong>The</strong> use of cameras and other recording devicesis a violation of the actor’s contracts. We askthat you refrain from taking pictures during theproduction.
