That upon the receipt of a request from at least six gentlemen resident inthe Gold Coast area of Queensland and/or the Tweed Valley area of NewSouth Wales, being Brothers and/or gentlemen whose application formembership forms have been duly completed, Province 21 Council willthereby become the Sponsoring Entity for the Formation of a Group inthose areas.2.
