(16) PROJECTIONSThe Product Projection report provides a history of each product mix item's sales by day of week.(17) # OF RECIPERecipes can be used for stock control. When a product is sold; the information will be automaticallycalculated back through the recipe file in order to deduct the stock from the relevant ingredients. This isthe maximum recipes available(18) # OF INVENTORY INGREDIENTEnter the maximum number of inventory ingredients you wish to use if you are implementing aningredient inventory system.(19) # OF LINES FOR ELECTRONIC JOURNALThis is the maximum number of lines available for the journal storage area before a reset report isrequired. One line is required for each line of normal print.
