Images add style and usability to the SPS-500 touchscreen.This procedure allows you to download images to the SPS-500 where they can be added to keys in the SMode Key Location program.Tips for Getting Images ReadyThe maximum image size for 1 x 1 size keys is 102 x 78 pixels. (2 x 2 size keys can be up to 204 x156 pixels; 1 x 2 size keys can be 102 x 156 pixels; 2 x 1 size keys can be 204 x 78 pixels.) You willneed to use a graphic program such as Microsoft Paint to re-size larger images.Images in many common formats can be used: i.e. .gif, .tif, .jpeg, .bmp. (.wmf format images cannotbe used.)The length of the image file name must be less than 12-characters.The image size for background images is 410 x 475 (this size will fill the entire panel). Thebackground image file name(s) should be “flist_imgxxx.jpg”, where xxx means the keylink number,001 through 200. The extension must be .jpg (with lower case). To display the background image,you must also set the DISPLAY BACKGROUND IMAGE option to YES.
