Um die Qualität vom geernteten
Getreide, Mais oder Reis soweit wie
möglich zu erhalten, müssen im
Flachlager oder im Hochsilo
optimale Lagerbedingungen geschaffen
werden.
Nahrungsmittel sind Lebensmittel
- im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes!
Besonderen Einfluss auf eine
stabile Lagerung hat die richtige
Produktfeuchtigkeit und die angemessene
Produkttemperatur.
Damit diese beiden Parameter auch
über den gesamten Lagerzeitraum
optimal bleiben oder werden, muß
insbesondere anfänglich entweder
getrocknet und belüftet, oder nur
belüftet werden.

Die Zu- und Ablufthauben der isolierten
Durchlauftrockner bestehen
aus hitzebeständigen Isopaneelen
(bis 160°C temperaturbeständig).
Darüber hinaus ist die Trockner-
säule mit isolierten Paneelen
vollständig ummantelt. Dadurch
werden eine optimale Wärmedämmung,
eine deutliche Reduzierung
der Betriebsgeräusche und ein
umfassender Witterungsschutz
erreicht.
Optional können die Durchlauftrockner
mit dezentralen Flächenbrennern
ausgestattet werden, so
dass den einzelnen Trocknungs-
zonen jeweils optimale und
produktangepasste Warmlufttemperaturen
zugeführt werden.
Dieses ist im Sinne eines sparsamen
Umgangs mit Energie und zur
Schonung des Trockengutes äusserst
wichtig.

Eine zeitgemäße Getreideanlage
ist ohne eine, der Annahmestation
angeschlossenen, Reinigungs-
anlage kaum noch denkbar. Selbst

ausschließlich innerbetrieblich
verwertet wird.
