The initial development of the strip alongside the northern toe of theexisting waste site and the shaping of the surface of the existing waste disposal site up to itsmaximum height of 1495 metres above sea level would provide approximately 6 years ofoperational life.The development sequence would be from south to north. A starter berm is to be<strong>co</strong>nstructed around the perimeter of the waste site by means of a cut-to-fill operation.
