The issues and comments raised duringthe public review period of the Draft Scoping Report were added to the report as Version 2 ofthe IRR which was appended to the FSR. The contributions made by I&APs wereacknowledged in writing (Appendix B4).Draft Scoping ReportThe purpose of the review of the Draft SR was to enable I&APs to verify that theircontributions had been captured, understood and correctly interpreted, and to raise furtherissues. At the end of Scoping, the issues identified by I&APs and by the environmentaltechnical specialists, were used to define the ToR for the Specialist Studies that wereconducted during this Impact Assessment Phase of the EIA.
