Inaddition, it shall be mandatory for contractor to submit acertificate from same C.A. clearly certifying the fact that“Accounts are not required to be audited under statute”.A copy of PAN of the firm and all its partners (dulyattested).A copy of trade Tax Registration (duly attested).A copy of EPF Registration (duly attested).The tenderer should have adequate experience of havingcompleted at least one contract of similar nature of civilwork costing not less than Rs 10.33 lacs in any one yearduring last three yearsExperience certificate should be issued by an officer notbelow the rank of Executive Engineer, mentioning name ofwork, agreement no., amount of work done, schedule timeof completion versus actual time of completion, quality ofwork done, performance etc.Part-III:-Part-III of the tender shall contain only price Bid.The Part-II & Part-III of the tenders shall be opened if and only if EMD , cost of tender documents andanalysis fee as well as print out of the application form are all received in Part-I.The Part-III of the tenders, belonging to only those tenderers who qualify for the work on the basis ofthe documents supplied by them in Part-II, shall be opened publicly under intimation to them. Theundersigned reserves the right to reject the offer of one or all the tenderers and award the work bydividing it among two or more tenderers without assigning any reason thereof. If opening day happensto be a holiday the tenders shall be opened on the next working day at the same time.
