Hisextensive experience and efforts are balanced betweenOwner/Landlord and Buyer/Tenant Representation work,as well as extensive investment and consulting activities.<strong>Brian</strong> has been involved in transactions valued at morethan $300 million during the last several years. In 2000 hewas the “San Diego Broker of the Year” at Grubb & Ellis.In 1999 he ranked as the top producer in the Industrial<strong>Services</strong> Group and the No. 2 advisor in Grubb & Ellis’ SanDiego District. In 1998, he was also “Broker of the Year” forthe entire district.In 2001, <strong>Brian</strong> moved over to <strong>Voit</strong> Commercial CORFACInternational, where he created the CORFAC InternationalLife Sciences Group and helped form the Corporate<strong>Services</strong> Group, with truly first rate local, regional, national,and international real estate consulting, brokerage andhigh-tech corporate representation work.Since entering the real estate industry in 1987, <strong>Brian</strong> hasleased, and sold more than 15 million square feet of R&D,laboratory, industrial, and office space valued at over$600 Million in total consideration.
