Except inthe case <strong>of</strong> The <strong>Parking</strong> Spot, travelers must present a coupon along with their <strong>State</strong> employeeID to receive the discounted, reimbursable price. For The <strong>Parking</strong> Spot, travelers need presenteither a <strong>State</strong> employee ID, or a <strong>State</strong> business card and some form <strong>of</strong> picture ID, or Spot ClubCard (available at no cost from the vendor’s website).In addition to the fees listed below, employees will be reimbursed for any taxes that may beimposed now or in the future.Additional or increased fees for covered parking are not reimbursable.
