DESCRIPTION:<br />
Organic components of liquids tend to cause window fouling in spectrometric probes. This film is often hard to<br />
remove and causes disturbances in the mesured spectra. We would like to oxidize the organic film<br />
electrochemically. For this process we wolud need a conducting coating of our spectrometer windows.<br />
